Twitter Deluxe is for your organization if you already have a large number of followers, have several storefronts in different geographic locations, and/or need constant monitoring of your account to ensure quick responses to customers 7 days a week. This service typically achieves 300 added followers each month. Here is what we do:

• Customized page creation or custom design of existing page
• Write original copy for at least 80 custom Tweets monthly
• Ensure consistent delivery of at least 10 tweets per day 7 days a week
• Automatically follow back all who follow you
• Draft and send custom welcome message to all new followers
• Design a custom promotion and draft introductory email to your current customer base promoting your Twitter page
• Generate monthly campaign promotional idea to drive more traffic to your Twitter page
• Interact live and engage with followers at least once per day 7 days a week
• Send Retweets, Thank Yous and Follow Fridays resulting in at least 20 live, interactive Tweets per week including weekends
• Search daily for keywords pertinent to your industry, business, brand, and/or product, with live outreach to gain new followers
• Conduct advanced search for any tweets mentioning your company name with applicable interaction and discussion
• Real-time monitoring with quick response Monday through Friday
• Twice daily monitoring and interactions on Saturday and Sunday
• Handle leads directly or forward them to you for handling (you select)

• Monitor twice per weekday and notify you of any issues that need to be addressed
