Digital Academia: How Do You Teach Multimedia Journalism?

Today's classroom is a space where students are trying to learn relevant, real world skills so that when they enter into the job market (any job market for that matter) they will be prepared as professionals to take on challenges and achieve goals.  Digital media plays a huge part in this learning process but how does one teach when the landscape is constantly shifting?
