Companies today are always looking for ways to stay ahead of their competitors. Thanks to Perch, an app launched in 2012, companies can do just that. With this app companies can keep track of their own social media campaigns while, at the same time, keep track of what their competitors are posting to their social media platforms.
Perch will also gather information from the competition by reviewing all of their products. It can let a business know what items consumers like, or what they like that isn’t offered. With this information, businesses can expand offerings and draw in more customers with products that the competition has overlooked.
The mobile app’s daily digest keeps users in the loop, and will send an alert every time a rival business mentions a product, posts a photo or someone leaves a review.
