Craig has over 20 years experience in the Technology sector and has also worked with many leading organizations to create and implement 'Customer Service' solutions. He specializes in bringing 'New Services' and diverse Technologies to the marketplace and understands how these fit into existing business models. He has written extensively on the development of 'Customer Contact' strategies and how Social Media impacts both Customer Care, Business Development, Sales and Marketing tactics.
