Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai's Bio: Dr. V. A. Shiva Ayyadurai, Ph.D. (M.I.T.), Dr. E-Mail, is the Chairman of EchoMail, Inc., Faculty Member at M.I.T., and Managing Director of General Interactive, LLC.  A pioneer in E-Mail and Social Media, Dr. Ayyadurai created the world’s first E-Mail System in 1978 receiving Westinghouse Honors Award and the earliest on-line communities Arts-Online and Harvard-Square during 1993 to 1997.  In 1993, he won the White House competition for automated E-mail Analysis, leading to the invention of his first Intelligent E-Mail Management System and development of three US Patents.   His solutions are deployed across global companies including NIKE, Citigroup, Hilton, QVC, American Express etc.  Dr. Ayyadurai holds four degrees from MIT, is a Fulbright Scholar and Lemelson-MIT Awards Finalist.  He has appeared in The MIT Technology Review, The Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and NBC News.
