Events Advanced

Advanced Live Events Communications is for you if you who want live coverage provided by our team up to three times per month onsite using our equipment. Service includes:

  • Weekly half hour call to identify the hottest upcoming events that need coverage
  • Research hosts and attendees of upcoming events and build their following
  • Work with your PR and/or advertising firms to create maximum buzz at your events
  • Identify events that need the most coverage to achieve the goals of the organization
  • On site SMD presence with flip camera, digital camera
  • At specific events have iPad onsite that brings attendees to important sites
  • Live tweeting and Facebook posting on location to drive traffic to your website before, during and after event
  • Capture and upload at least one video per event to your YouTube channel with keyword selection and tagging
  • Provide a custom weekly report to show the online impressions generated

Three person crew broadcasting live via Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, FourSquare at your next event including:

  • Laptops, Flip cameras, tripods, cameras provided by SMD
  • Live uploading of videos to your YouTube channel with keyword selection and tagging
  • Twitter hashtag campaign creation, distribution, and moderation of discussion
  • Live, real-time Facebook posting, interacting and moderation of discussion
  • Coordinate in advance with PR and advertising efforts to cross-promote via social media
  • Encourage attendees to post live via their social networks to broaden participation and increase exposure
  • Interview participants and obtain testimonials on video; distribute them across all social platforms
  • Provision of any additional equipment by event facilities
