From the moment she discovered the Internet and email in the mid-90s she was hooked on how she can use the tools and information to grow personally and professionally. Now Ruth has branched out to share her knowledge regarding the capabilities of Web 2.0 to assist clients of Social Media Delivered in growing their brand awareness in the marketplace.
Over the years Ruth has transitioned from a clerk to an executive assistant, legal assistant and newspaper editor. Information and preparation were the key ingredients to identifying and pursuing new challenges. She has brought the same zeal for learning to understanding the opportunities available through social media.
Ruth has a passion for exploring cutting edge social networking platforms, the latest tools and techniques to help organizations implement the right social media marketing strategy. She enjoys aiding in the launch and management of the client’s social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest and other relevant Web 2.0 sites. The objective is to collaborate with the client to ensure the proper messaging is consistently executed online.

Rob has over 10 years of B2B and B2C sales experience as a Senior Regional Manager with a national music production company. He is a big fan of social media and is thrilled to be combining his sales experience over the years with helping clients with their social media marketing. He also has experience in trade shows, networking, music, contract negotiations, radio, marketing, research and product development.
He is a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton with a B.A. degree in RTVF and a minor in Psychology. He calls the Dallas-Fort Worth area home but has lived in Charleston, SC for the past 3 years. You have to love the history of Charleston and the beaches aren’t too bad either. In his spare time he likes to travel, watch movies, listen to music, play golf and hang out with his wife Tonia.

Jamie graduated from the Creative sequence of the University of Texas Advertising program in May of 2009, where she fused her interest of advertising with her passion for design.
wShe became very interested in the progressiveness of social media communication shortly after graduating and now works to optimize the company’s as well as the clients’ social media through design, art direction, video, and general site customization. Jamie loves adventure – skydiving, jet skiing, mountain biking, and anything that results in an adrenaline rush, but now as much as she loves her 3 year old Australian Shepherd/Collie mix Kota Bear.

Angelo has always had an interest in advertising, marketing and public relations. He graduated with a degree in Emerging Media and Communication at the University of Texas at Dallas. He hopes to use all of the social media knowledge he learned at school and the social media skills he is learning at SMD to shape the future of digital media and leave a lasting impression on the digital realm.
Angelo is an Austinite and is very proud of the culture and heritage of his family who are from Venzuela, Spain, and Italy. He is bilingual and is a huge sports fan, soccer being his favorite. His passions outside of social media are his dog Izzy, playing soccer and surfing the web for hours on end.
Brandie Broihier

The child of two witty software engineers, Brandie is an experienced public and interpersonal speaker. While working towards her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology at Stephen F. Austin State University, she attended national and regional Sociology conventions where she presented research and co-written articles. Upon completion of her degree, Brandie received the W.E. Wade Outstanding Graduate in Sociology Award and began her career in social work. Through employment and volunteer work with non-profit organizations, Brandie continues to refine her skills as an active listener and conversationalist.
Brandie’s passion for keeping small companies in the virtual here-and-now gives her work with non-profit organizations special meaning. She sees potential for growth swept under the rug everyday, and enjoys working towards using social media to their benefit to showcase the unique assets of the organizations she works with. Keeping up with the online world can be a challenge, and Brandie is excited to enhance her skills in social media to continue to help aspiring community groups with marketing themselves with up-to-date online strategies.
Lisa Wigger

With more than 10 years accounting and business finance experience, Lisa Wigger brings a level of expertise to her position at Social Media Delivered that goes beyond crunching numbers. An LSU grad with bachelor degrees in accounting, marketing, and management, she has demonstrated strengths in implementing business plans, managing budgets, and creating reports that helped companies such as Caribbean Trading Company and SCAD grow globally.
Following her passion for art, Lisa earned a master’s degree in Metals and Jewelry from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2005. As a jewelry designer and fabricator, Lisa combines her business acumen with her creativity by leveraging social media and ecommerce websites to sell her contemporary art jewelry across the nation. Being self-employed as well as working with a variety of companies, gives Lisa a unique perspective in preparing business plans and delivering results for Social Media Delivered.
Brisa Castillo

Brisa is currently a junior at the University of Texas at Arlington, pursuing a degree in international business. As a child, she was quite the entrepreneur and would often open up businesses at home and would sell everything and anything, from toys, to homemade ice cream, even opening up her own babysitting business. Needless to say, business has always been a part of her.
As the social media industry grows she understands that it is essential to know how it can be used in order to make successful business and plans on learning as much as she can about this industry. She’s very excited about this opportunity and its challenges.

Ashley is a recent graduate from the University of North Texas with a BA in Journalism and BA in Psychology, and minor in Social Science. Her nickname is “Chim.” In addition, she is a professional lifestyle and fashion photographer.
Chim hopes to utilize her journalism and people skills, along with her visual talents, to help shape the current media industry. Some of Chim’s passions outside of social media and photography include art, fashion, music, and family.
Arielle Castro

Arielle is a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington majoring in English with a minor in Creative Writing. She was born and raised in Dallas and is very much a city a girl. She knew from an early age that writing would be an important aspect in her life and spends her free time reading or writing short stories. Arielle is also very involved in various UTA organizations and enjoys spending as much time with her Delta Zeta sorority sisters as she can.
She hopes to pursue a career that will help her develop her writing technique and hopes to one day publish a novel. Arielle also enjoys 80′s movies, art shows, collecting vinyl’s and shopping.
Lauren Peek

Lauren Peek is a 21-year-old journalism student (with a concentration in news writing and a minor in social science) at the University of North Texas. She has lived in the DFW metroplex almost her entire life. Her family has lived in Rockwall, Texas for the past 13 years.
When she was in high school she played flute and piccolo in band and continue to play both for fun now. She likes to read and write in her spare time. She have three younger sisters. She currently live in Denton Texas in an apartment with several roommates and her cat, Midnight.

My name is Regina Ruiz and I’m extremely excited to be a new member of the Social Media Delivered team. I just recently graduated from Hult International School in San Francisco with a degree in International Business and I’m looking to expand my knowledge base by becoming more social media savvy. I have a passion for marketing and technology and I see social media as the combination of the two, and never deny an opportunity to learn something new. On a personal note, I enjoy snowboarding, art, music festivals, photography, and trying new things, from discovering a new artist to skydiving.
I can’t wait to see what working with SMD will teach me and I especially hope to further develop my writing and blogging skills. I also want to continue to learn new digital marketing programs and expand my network, in order to soon become a successful social media professional.
Veronica Tang

Veronica grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia, and had her Bachelor degree in Economics, with focus on marketing management, from Indonesian Business and Informatics Institute (IBII). In 2012, she graduated from Lucas Graduate School of Business (SJSU) with an MBA degree. She has more than 3 years of professional offline marketing experience in a customer-facing role.
Currently resides in Silicon Valley, Veronica is extremely passionate about digital marketing and new technology. Going forward, she wishes to pursue a marketing career focusing on social media marketing and brand management. In her spare time, she loves to play tennis with her husband and read books. Her favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis.
Sophie Francey

As a military brat, Sophie has traveled from place to place until eventually finding a “somewhat permanent” home in Texas. Most of her ties, including family and friends, are in Texas, and now, so is her education at Texas State University. She has always had an interest in communication, entertainment, music, sports (Go Celtics – woot woot!), hospitality and art, and she always knew she wanted to work with people in some capacity.
In her sophomore year at Texas State, she decided to major in public relations with a minor in business administration. A passionate, driven, fearless, open-minded and creative individual, Sophie loves this crazy road called life.
Renee Hansen

Renee is a Texan native with a passion for words and a love affair with Pinterest. She is currently a journalism student at the University of North Texas, with a focus in news, expecting to graduate in December. Renee is a sports enthusiast who enjoys all things spontaneous and will jump at any chance of adventure. She is looking forward to seeing what SMD will teach and challenge her about the various aspects of social media and how this booming industry continues to make its footprint on society.
After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in magazine production, hoping to work for a sports publication. In her spare time, when not perusing Pinterest, Renee loves to play indoor soccer, Ultimate Frisbee and long board the streets of Denton.
Sarah Herbert

Sarah Herbert is currently an advertising major at the University of Texas at Austin in her sophomore year. Her interests include exercising, writing, reading, photography, being outdoors and traveling to new places. She is excited to soak up all that Social Media Delivered has to offer this summer, and is eager to experience SMD’s energetic environment.
As an active social media user, Sarah hopes to contribute new ideas and insight into the minds and attitudes of college students. Though she keeps herself busy with her school work, a leadership position in her sorority and participation on two intramural sports teams, in her spare time, Sarah can often be found FaceTiming with her two beloved golden-doodles, Charlie and Missy.
Will Johnson

William Johnson is journalism student in his senior year at the University of Texas at Arlington where he has written for their award-winning student publication, The Shorthorn. Although born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, William was raised in the mean streets of Arlington, Texas.
He’s into emerging media, entertainment blogs and boba tea. William also spent a semester abroad in Italy, where he studied multi-media journalism. After college, he hopes to write/edit for a lifestyle or entertainment magazine. Until then, he plans to gather every relevant skill he can.
Mallory Scudder

Mallory Scudder is a senior at the University of North Texas majoring in journalism with a concentration in news writing and minoring in political science. She graduated from Rockwall-Heath High School in her hometown of Heath, Texas in 2009.
She currently lives in Denton, Texas and plans to graduate in December 2013. In her free time Mallory enjoys spending time with her horses and rides competitively in the American Quarter Horse Association.

Lauren Williamson

Born in Dallas, Texas, Lauren has lived in the DFW area her whole life. She attended Collin College in Plano, Texas from 2008 to 2010 taking classes in radio/television/film and commercial music. After transferring to the University of North Texas in 2010, she made a shift into journalism and marketing.
She is looking forward to graduating in December 2013 and continuing to improve and refine her skills. In her free time she enjoys reading, working out and watching funny cat videos.
Elohor Niameh

Elohor Niameh is a Nigerian from the Urhobo speaking tribe. She is the second-born child in a family of four children, and the first girl. She speaks and writes English, Urhobo, and Yoruba fluently. She spends her leisure time watching movies, tweeting and reading the daily newspaper.
Her childhood dream was to be an astronaut because she loved watching the stars twinkle at night. She never gave up on that dream, and that’s why she studied computer science. Above all, she is a Christian.
Sarie San Pablo

Sarie San Pablo is a work-from-home mom since 2009. She graduated from St. Paul College Manila, an exclusive school for girls in the Philippines, with a bachelor’s degree in English and a double minor in industrial communications and public relations. She has extensive experience with various types of industries including sales, marketing, operations management and logistics management.
Prior to being a virtual professional, she was an assistant manager for a universal bank soliciting and servicing various corporations for their retail banking requirements. She intends to pursue a career as a virtual professional and as such, intents to hone her skills through various webinars, online learnings, seminars and internships. She is a voracious continuous learner who values professionalism and integrity.

Hello, I am very excited to join Social Media Delivered. I have over 10 plus years of marketing experience from brand marketing to sales. I have a MBA in marketing from University of Phoenix, and a master of science with a concentration in Internet marketing from Full Sail University. I have a passion for brand marketing, which goes hand-in-hand with social media marketing.
I also have a passion for start-ups, and am currently working on two start-up projects. I am very active in the start up community in Dallas, and Austin, Texas. I look forward to learning a lot from the employees at Social Media Delivered and taking my Social Media Career to the next level.
Brenda Tobar

Brenda Tobar is a native Houstonian with a love for traveling. She is currently a public relations major at The University of Texas at Austin and will graduate May 2015. She enjoys comical blogs, crafting, sci-fi movies, going to free events, and anything related to fashion. She is excited to be a part of SMD and explore the research and ROI capabilities that social media has.

Brianne McNeeley

Brianne McNeeley is a senior Computer Graphic Design major at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She enjoys social media and marketing so when she discovered that it is not only possible, but also extremely wise and beneficial to combine the two, she jumped at the chance to learn more.
She longs to adopt a sleepy puppy but not until life settles down a bit after graduation, because everyone knows that dogs deserve stability. She is excited for all of the adventures that life has in store for her. She usually has something witty and funny to say, but when it comes to describing herself all of the funny words in the world run as far away from her as possible.

Trained in traditional PR, Elon is excited to learn more about social media from the pros at SMD. She is a graduate of Auburn and Georgetown and currently lives outside of Denver.
Originally from Harlem, New York City, Elon calls Atlanta home, but has lived all over and proclaims herself to be “…a gypsy at heart.” Her loves include: family, friends, fashion, food, travel, college football and music.
Rozlyn de Bussey

As an independent accredited artist, Rozlyn’s more recent works are in warm glass production. All of these works involve her imagination and creativity, not to mention a lot of very hard, enduring work to produce the finished form.
What she endevours to make are exhibition works, site specific works that are commissioned, and production works. All of these display her unique painting style and engraving techniques.
Amelia R K Clark

Amelia Clark graduated from the Arts & Technology program at University of Texas at Dallas with a focus on Emergent Media and Communication. Amelia is an experienced blogger and speaker, with a focus on social media strategy. Her presentation topics provide general social media education, and how to utilize social media channels to meet business goals. Amelia also occasionally guest lectures at local universities, and consults on Internet marketing strategy and implementation.
With experience in a wide range of fields including content creation, Internet marketing, design, SEO/SEM, and event management, Amelia helps clients identify their business needs, develop effective social media strategies, and execute them with exceptional results. Amelia is passionate about philanthropic causes and social entrepreneurship and has an extensive volunteer background and experience working for, with, and in non-profit organizations. She is particularly interested in how emerging media affects not only business, but the day to day lives of users and how we communicate with everyone around us.

Jacqueline Ross is a native of Houston, Texas, who moved to Dallas to pursue a B.A. in Communication Studies from Southern Methodist University. She divides her time between SMU, working, volunteering and exploring Dallas. Alex Murray

Alex Murray is currently a senior at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas studying Digital Media Management. Alex has always had a fascination in social media and it’s relationship business. Originally from Houston, Alex moved to Austin after hearing about it’s strong music scene and growing tech community. Casey Hines is a native of Grand Prairie, Texas and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has interned with the Austin Creative Alliance and is incredibly passionate about the amazing creative arts sector in Austin. Rosalyn Eishen, a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington, is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in CommunicationTechnology. She plans to creatively use her passion for communication technologies in online media. After tutoring in math and English at Cedar Valley College, Rosalyn realized that learning how to effectively communicate a message to a diverse audience is her most valuable skill.

Meret Steves is currently a junior at St. Edward’s University in Austin studying Digital Media Management. Growing up in Austin has given Meret the opportunity to experience much of what multimedia, social media, and internet companies have to offer, from gaming companies to networking and managing a local restaurant’s social media platforms. Austin is the home to many large Internet based companies, as well as a tremendous amount of start ups and internet support companies.
As a student, Meret has completed all German courses at St. Edward’s University. She spends her free time playing the cello, listening to live music in Austin, and hanging out with friends. Her aspiration is to expand her knowledge and build experience in the industry of social media to further her degree path in Digital Media Management.

Seleena Hoban is from El Paso, TX and graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Arts. After doing free lance writing and promoting for a local magazine in El Paso, TX she found her passion for writing and public relations all wrapped into one. Through social media and blogging she was able to express herself and find that helping the success of a business made her day.
Now living in Austin, TX Seleena has found even more art and business that her artistic heart desires. Morgan is a senior at The University of Texas in Arlington studying graphic design and journalism. Her background was in studio art using pen and ink as her medium. She wanted to be challenged more and it led her to the world of graphic design and she loves it. She still likes using an old fashion pencil to design, but the pen tool has become her main art tool these days. She hopes to fuse her skills as a designer and her tools she learned as a journalist to revolutionize the way people communicate.
Outside of being a student she likes playing basketball, soccer, swimming and running on her down time. When she graduates from school she would like to one day travel to Italy and try their pizza.

Sir C.T. Jones is 31 years old and a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has a 7 year old son named Sir C.T. Jones II. He is very active as an assistant coach on hi son’s baseball and basketball teams. He spent 8 years in the Army as an Emergency Medical Technician. He learned multiple ways to communicate with those with various backgrounds.
Choosing the public relations as a major was an easy choice; because it is something that he has naturally been good at his entire life. He is assured that communication is what he should be doing for the rest of his life. He truly does care about his craft and hopes to continue showcasing his talents.

Julie graduated in 2007 from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in English Literature. A lifelong lover of the arts, she spent the past four years in our nation’s capital working in arts management at both a regional theater and a federal agency. However, she started to find that she was spending more time photocopying and filing than engaging with the arts and moved to Texas this summer with the hope of discovering a sunnier and more creative life.
In the course of this pursuit, Julie stumbled upon the powerful world of social media and is thrilled to have this opportunity to possibly jump-start a new career and learn everything there is to know about this innovative and fast-paced field.

She is excited for the opportunity to learn more about this innovative industry as an intern with SMD. Aside from being a social media enthusiast, Taylor loves discovering new music, blogging about her adventures in the kitchen, and spending quality time with the dogs at Austin Pets Alive.
